What will Payton Property Management charge to manage my property?
Payton Property Management charges 50% of the 1st months rent as a fee
for acquiring, screening, and renting the premises and 10% of the
monthly rent collected thereafter.
Will you manage my residential home?
Yes! Payton Property Management manages residential homes throughout
the Oklahoma City Metro area. We will provide you the services you need
to make your income property a success!
What will my property rent for?
Every property is different and unique. We will assess your property and
do a market analyses of the area to determine the best rental rate for your
property.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late after the 5th. If rent is not
paid by 5:00pm on the 5th of the month, necessary action will be taken.
Do you accept pets?
Some of our properties do allow pets with an additional deposit. Contact
Payton Property Management for a listing of pet friendly properties.
What are the guidelines for renting a property?
All applicants must meet credit and landlord guidelines for occupancy.
